Abstract/Summary:
Car light, one of the important parts of the car, played a very important role in dailytraffic safety, so it’s necessary to do the previous quality testing of the car light products.With the sustaining development of the science and technology, computer technology、embedded technology、field bus technology and many other advanced technologies arebegin to used in car light testing, so it can complete the large-scale quality testing of thenew factory car lights, improve the reliability and efficiency of the quality testing.This paper designed an embedded car light controlling and electric testing systembased on CAN bus, the system can control many groups of headlight and taillight; throughthe friendly man-machine interface of the upper computer, it is convenient to set thespecific lighting rhythm of each group of car light according to the requirements, andmonitoring their working voltage, current and other electric parameters in real time. Thecontent includes: according to the system’s functional requirements, provides the wholedesign scheme and its framework structure of the system, then determine the datacommunication bus and communication protocol of the system; Then complete the designof the system’s hardware and software, the design of the hardware includes the selection ofCPU, design of the power circuit、the peripheral circuit of the CAN communicationinterface、the peripheral circuit of the AD etc.; the software of the lower computer adoptedthe real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱas platform, the application part includes: divideof the system task, the initialization and the data transceiver based on iCAN protocol etc.;the upper computer can complete the function setting, and monitoring the electricalparameters of each lower computer controlling node at the same time, the software usedVC to finish the design of the monitoring software, which is includes: the construction ofthe platform, the data transceiver and the data storage etc.; At last of this paper, weintroduces the system debugging and gives the summarize of the whole system design. After we used this system in the enterprise, it is indicates that, the system can workstable, and it can monitor many groups of headlight and taillight and save their wokingparameters correctly at the same time. when the trouble appears, the monitoring softwarecan give the warnings. On the whole, the system can satisfy the requirement of the qualitytesting of the car light products.
