Moving light is a trinity product that integrates light,electricity,and mechanical engineering.It can provide various lighting needs for stage lighting,such as beam effects,as well as obtaining various patterns and customized LOGO effects,as well as the entire wall surface.Dyeing effect.The integration of these three effects into a computer light fixture has become a three-in-one moving light.For the reason that the current application of moving light is difficult,the maintenance and upgrade is not safe,and the production test is inconvenient,the three-in-one computer light control system based on RDM protocol is designed.Its including moving light working principle analysis and design selection,hardware design,software design,etc.,and completed the following contents:1.Dissect the internal structure of the whole lamp;analyze the design requirements of the control system and give its design plan;calculate the moment of inertia of its characteristic part according to its structural characteristics,and analyze its required torque,according to the step The motor’s torque-frequency characteristic curve is used to select the motor;comparing the current popular MCU,the STM32F103 series chip is finally selected as the main control chip of the control system.2.The lower computer hardware circuit design includes the man-machine interface and the motor drive control part.According to its design requirement function,the driver circuit design is performed for the protocol conversion function,human-machine interface function,heat dissipation control function,and characteristic transmission function.3.The software design part,based on the application experience of the actual project,introduces the embedded development software flow,makes a brief description of the MFC class library used by the upper computer development;introduces the free software RDM Control application software,analyzes its RDM search.The process of the equipment;the interface function analysis and layered design of the Monitor DMX512 application software,the Upload IAP function is described in brief;the internal two-way communication protocol of the luminaire adopts the TT[L]V format to design;the internal human-machine interface software design part of the lamp Including the TFT LCD driver,signal receiving and sending,AES encryption and decryption,IAP function and the main program flow chart are detailed in detail;the internal motor control software used in the acceleration and deceleration control algorithm,sliding algorithm Overview,and the main program flow chart design and software design characteristics of the computer lamp.This paper completed the test of the control system’s design content.The test includes functional testing,stability testing,and performance testing.It also diagnoses frequently occurring faults.
