| Rotary drilling rig is a Multi-purpose high-efficiency and higher integration ofhydromechatronics of the deep bored hole pile driving construction equipment. Trianglesystem is the key force component of the rotary drilling rig, affecting the stability of thewhole in the process of the hole piles job and adjusting the working device institutions. Inorder to ensure the accuracy and quality in the construction job, the researching mechanicalcharacteristics and optimizing design of the triangle system are important to the theoreticalsignificance and practical value.This paper combines the force characteristics and the triangle system operating,studyingthree typical limiting conditions, establishing mechanical analysis models and relatedmathematical equations,calculating the degree of freedom and center of gravity of theworking device. The virtual prototype of triangle system is established by using dynamicsanalysis software ADAMS,and studies the dynamics simulation,obtaining the mechanicalcharacteristic curves of hydraulic cylinders and hinge point under the different conditions,calculating the impact force of the hydraulic cylinder in the start-up and braking process; Thefinite element model of triangle system is established by using software ANSYS,and carriesout the static structure intensity and modal analysis,gaining the stress and displacementdistribution of structural components, obtaining the first six natural frequencies and additionalvibration;The structure parametric modeling of triangle system is proposed,and reduces thequality of triangle system through optimization design,verifing the rationality and reliabilityof the optimization design under the equal intensity,providing the reference for the structuraldesign and optimization for triangle system of rotary drilling rig. |
