Today in the severe shortage of water resources, water reuse the solution to urban watershortage and water pollution, an important and effective way to much attention.Xi ’an in northern arid and semi arid areas, rainfall is very uneven spatial and temporaldistribution, and water resource is a serious contradiction between supply and demand. Facethis problem, water reuse is imperative.The paper on the actual situation of Chang ’an University, analysis of water collected overthe years a variety of school situations, using system dynamics software, the school situationof water reuse in recent prediction analysis, to achieve the purpose of saving water. Thisarticle from the following areas:1. Detailed analysis and comparison of the decentralized water reuse and centralizedwater reuse advantages and disadvantages, to determine the selection of today’s distributedback to the city with water as the main form of reuse. History on the development of watermade a detailed presentation on the selection of water sources, treatment process selection andso on have done a detailed analysis, given the typical water treatment process in the water costof water system models and economies of scale model.2. Colleges and universities in the water reuse feasibility analysis of the college waterreuse advantages. Surveys in Inner Mongolia Agricultural use of water by the school for manyyears to understand the school’s expansion and future planning to change the situation,analyze the various factors affecting the school water, the establishment of system dynamicsmodel. Repeated on the first test and improve the model to make it more perfect.3. SD using established school predicted the use of water the next two decades. First ofall, the last time through the prediction and the actual quantity of water, compared theproposed model is correct. And through sensitivity analysis, sensitivity analysis to determinethe impact on the school water sensitive element.
