With the rapid development of economy and the continued population growth, the water resources in China is more and more straining, which is one of the important constraints of social and economic development. As a result, the study of researching alternative water resources technology received more attention in many countries. It is agreed that recycled water can effectively alleviate the water shortage in the status quo. This article studied recycled water through hydrolysis acidification process + biological contact oxidation process and biological aerated filter process in the Chinese Environmental Management College. It showed that this system was feasible for the campus life sewage treatment and reuse. This study was mainly according to the water station design scale, water resources and quality, water treatment station process, and recycled water reuse system, design parameters of water station, electrical control system, reuse system structure and so on. The students living sewerage was collected, then treated by hydrolytic acidification biological contact oxidation process + biological aerated filter process, and the total COD removal rate was 90.2%, the removal rate of BOD5 was 72%, SS 56.5%, NH3-N 80%. It showed that the treated water reached and up to the standard of " city sewage recycling City miscellaneous domestic water quality ) ) ( GB / T 18921--2002 ). The specific indexes of the treated water were : COD≤50mg / L, BOD5≤10 mg / L, SS≤10 mg / L, NH3-N≤5 mg / L, pH 6~9, and the water after treatment was colorless, which can be used for student residence flushing. The system had features of high efficiency, small area covers, low cost features. The courtyard water station was built in 2006, and in the 5 years' operation, the running was smooth, and brought obvious environmental benefit, economic benefit and social benefit.
