Difficulties And Coping Research In The Design Of Public Rent Housing

During twelfth five-year,36million sets of indemnificatoryhousing will be built.10million sets are started in2011and7million sets are in2012. That means the frenzy of indemnificatoryhousing construction is approaching. As a focus of the indemnificatoryhousing construction, the public rental housing accounts for thelargest proportion. The design methods of public rental housing areurgent to study and develop because of the lack of design experiencefor designers. As a kind of indemnificatory housing, public rentalhousing are mainly designed for middle and low income groups, such asthe new college graduates and alien workers.In this thesis, we choose the design of spatial constitution as ourresearch object, discuss the design issues and coping strategies.First of all, according to the indemnificatory housing policy and itsdevelopment in Shanxi, we analyze its influence and develop targetedand feasible design strategies. Secondly, we choose eligible rentalhousing user as our research target to investigate their housingbehavior, living habits and demands, then we use this investigationfor reference to summarize the design issues. Next, we put forwardthree strategies:1) house monomer graphic and spatial economizingdesign,2)adaptive design,3) public transport space optimizationdesign. At last, we practice and prove the above-mentioned theories research results by taking the Wangxian public rental housing projectin Weicheng District in Xianyang City for example.We analyze the design of spatial constitution and put forward thestrategies for house monomer graphic&spatial economizing design andadaptive design. The theories research results improve the publicrental housing s efficiency of space and service efficiency, and havean important leading function. As a conclusion, we hope to find apublic rental housing design mode which could fit our present nationalcondition and satisfies future requirement better.
