| Northwest China region with harsh natural conditions, backward economicdevelopment. As of " eleven five " at the end, there are still more than60%of thepopulation lives in rural areas, rural residential building area of up to1050000000m2,accounting for the total construction area of50%area. For a long time, rural areas ofNorthwest China development the existence of poor quality, environment pressure andlarge enough. To create a healthy, comfortable, efficient northwest rural livingenvironment, accelerate the pace of building energy saving in our country, theimplementation of sustainable development strategies play a decisive role.In the rapid development of the society under the conditions of the northwestcountryside, traditional houses and the decline of new residential defects coexist, appeared rising living needs and limited resources environment of conflict between theincreasing problem. This new phenomenon has often been attributed to adverse naturalconditions, backward economic development, people idea idea stale head. In fact, the government has invested enormous human, material and financial resources for theimprovement of the northwest countryside building appearance, the broad masses ofthe people for better living also expressed a strong desire, but produced little.Investigate its reason, the theoretical study, although have a variety of typicaltraditional residential architecture model and modern ecological building cutting-edgetechnology, but also explored a reasonable mode of modern city residential building, but never give both with new period housing needs, and consistent with the theory ofsustainable development in the northwest countryside " new house" ecologicalarchitectural pattern, resulting in rural areas of Northwest China Construction Practice blind chaos, it is difficult to develop the current situation resulting in rural areas ofNorthwest China Construction Practice blind chaos. Therefore, traditional residentialenergy saving become the China energy conservation strategy. This paper firstly in chilly area special climate condition, put forward the wholestructure houses envelope thermal performance evaluation index EETP (Evaluationon Energy and Thermal Performance). EETP is used to measure the dwelling unitvolume and thermal energy consumption indicators, the indicators will be building theoverall thermal performance as a system, evaluate the overall thermal performance ofretaining structure can meet the standard and not on the local thermal performance skillrequirements. The EETP index calculation formula parameters includes a retainingstructure geometry parameters, thermodynamic parameters and calculation ofmeteorological parameters. Enclosure structure geometry parameters including wall, roof, glass window area and building volume can reflect the construction of windowwall ratio and shape coefficient parameters; thermal parameters include buildingexterior wall, roof and windows and the heat transfer coefficient of exterior wall, roof, the solar radiation absorption coefficient and glass shading coefficient;meteorological parameter is calculated based in the air conditioning and heating periodbasis, including indoor and outdoor mean temperature difference, the roof and theequivalent temperature difference as well as the standard window towards the wall ofthe solar heat gain factor, the average temperature for the indoor and outdoor mean airtemperature during heating period and indoor design temperature difference, theequivalent temperature difference, the standard windows solar heat gain factor andexternal shading coefficient the air heating period index calculated.Selection of Qinghai province Haidong mutual Tu Autonomous County of twotypical residential types as representative, establish two individual dwellings EETPindex and construction load and energy consumption calculation equation. Including theEETP peak heat load, accumulative total loss and heating energy equation. Finally, based on the EETP index, combined with the research of local traditional residentialecological element analysis,be aimed at the problem of discovery from the architecturaldesign and construction technology in two aspects in the development of a sustainabletransformation. |
