A Study On The Programing For Design Of Jin Yu Guan Lan Commercial Street In Baiyin City

With the improvement of people’s living standards of small and medium-sizedcities, people’s consumption concept began to change，the existing business model cannot fully meet the needs of people and the business model of the city is facing a"replacement". Many Commercial projects develop in these cities, but with inaccuratepositioning，unreasonable planning and poor designing of part of the projects, urbantransport and the urban environment become a mess，operators’ post-operation becomedifficult, the consumers’ needs cannot be met，so that the commercial buildings can notplay the social and environmental benefits, economic benefits and win-win effect. Inorder to better solve such problems in the planning and design stage, the introductionof pre-architecture planning research in Commercial building design is very necessary.In this paper，project of Jin Yu Guan Lan Commercial Street in BaiYin is choosed as astudy object，the conceptual schemes which are used to generate the design of theproject and the comparative analysis is based on the environment of the project and theresearch of the similar projects in our country，on this basis，I also trying to explore asuitable method of Architecture Plan in small and medium-sized cities.This paper describes the background and purpose of the research，the significanceof domestic and overseas research, methodology and framework of the research，theenvironment of the project and the similar projects in our country are researched andsummarized at the same time. The conceptual schemes which are used to generate thedesign of the project and the comparative analysis is based on the analysis of external factors’ impact on project of Jin Yu Guan Lan Commercial Street in BaiYin.Finally，putforward a suitable method of architecture plan of commercial projects in small andmedium-sized cities.This article is characterized by researching and summarizing the environment ofthe project and the similar projects in our country.The conceptual schemes which areused to generate the design of the project and the comparative analysis is based on theanalysis of external factors’ impact on project of Jin Yu Guan Lan Commercial Street inBaiYin. The significance of this paper is to provide a reference method of architectureplan of commercial projects in small and medium-sized cities，making commercialstreet building design more scientific，avoiding late unnecessary repeatedly disruptivechanges，making the using of the projects more reasonable and economical，providingpractical guidance for commercial projects design in small and medium-sized cities.
