Suspended High Formwork Technology And Its Application In Construction

Suspended high formwork technology has been widely used in constructionsseveral years, which has the advantage of convenient construction, saving period, lowinvestment, saving cost, and better for civilized construction. Based on the lack ofnational standards of suspended high formwork technology, and the occurrence ofcollapses of suspended scaffold and high formwork frequently, the suspended highformwork system was analyzed by the method of combination of theory and practice.Based on the office building project of Meizhou Harbor petrochemicaltechnology incubation base in Quanzhou, the mechanical properties and designcalculation methods of suspended scaffold and high formwork system was researched.Compared4construction programs of roof overhead layer, the suspended highformwork technology program was selected under the consideration of economic andsecurity. The template and its support system were reasonable designed to make theprogram to meet the requirements of the relevant norms. The suspended highformwork technology was systematic studied from material preparation, constructionpreparation, structural design, construction techniques, technical measures, qualitymeasures, security measures, monitoring measures, contingency plans. The reasonsfor the scaffolding safety incident, high-formwork safety accidents in recent years,and the description of extent of the damage were summed up. Several points onconstruction process safety assurance measures of the suspended high formworktechnology were proposed. This project was selected as the city civilizeddemonstration site without security incidents throughout the construction process,which provides experience for reference in construction work.
