Electricity as a special commodity is different from the communication companiesto provide communication services, so stealing electricity is theft of category. Thebehavior of stealing electricity power enterprises will not only cause enormouseconomic losses and high line loss rate of power supply enterprises, but also it is adirect threat to the security and reliability of power system. Therefore, developingpower system preventing power-stealing technology has important theory value andpractical significance.This paper firstly introduces the background of power intelligent measurementsystem of the padlock, in the existing electric power metering device anti-theftaspects of the application of new technology and development direction arediscussed in detail.Secondly, the overall design ideas of power intelligent metering padlock identityrecognition technology are introduced in detail, GPRS data transmission technology,integrated circuit technology, key technology and Internet of things RFID wirelessradio frequency technology, and separately from the hardware configuration, systemoperation process, data sources and application of rules, user permissions grading,system collection and analysis of the function and the system data protection of thepower intelligent metering padlock system function requirements are refined indetail.Then, the hardware circuit of the three components of power intelligent meteringpadlock system is designed, selection of design of electromagnet intelligent meteringpadlock is specifically designed for the system, operation flow chart of software, programming and the system process and the requirement of on-line work onspecific software code are given.Finally, related tests are made in the intelligent measurement system in a powersupply padlock for the whole system. Through the operation of the testing systemand small batch dual test run, validate the intelligent power metering padlock systemproposed in this paper achieves the original design requirement, and the benefit ofpadlock of the intelligent measurement system is analyzed.Through theoretical analysis, experimental validation and user testing, powersmart metering padlock the wide applicability, convenient installation and use,insurance, strict management, completely solve the common mechanical lock key isnumerous and difficult management problems, effectively prevent electric larcenypreventing illegal operations, enhance the level of electric power metering devicecan be good, it has good application value.
