The main content of this research is the heating termimal devices combined heatpipe with wall,which is a new way of heating. Currently, there are kinds methods ofindoor heating, such as radiator, floor radiant heating and so on. In this subject study,theheat pipe will be mounted in the wall, then we will study its working condition andthermal performance. When compared to radiator heating, this heating method can takeadvantage of low-temperature heat source, and will not occupy indoor space; Whencompared with floor heating, it will be easier to maintain and without the shelter offurniture.This research designed heat pipe firstly, and chose suitable skelp and fuild of heatpipe, then analysis the heat transfer performance of it. Trough the analysis, we knowthat the heat pipe has a thermal conductivity. The temperature difference betweenevaporator and condenser section is very little. Then we took a room from typical floorsof a building in Harbin for example, creating a heat transfer model of the equipment bythe pde toolbox of matlab software to calculate the area and tube spacing heat piperequired at the same indoor temperature and in varieties of wall structure. The resultsshowed that: whether the heat pipes are installed in house inner wall, indoor wall, orexterior wall, it always can satisfy the requirement of indoor heating. Therefore, it isrealizable to apply heat pipe to indoor heating. When the temperature of heat pipe ishigher than35℃, we just need install the heat pipes in one wall, no matter just both sideor one side room(no matter the neighberhood use heat pipe to heat or not) of the wallare needed to heating. If the temperature of heat resource is low, resulting in theworking temperature of heat pipe is lower than35℃, we will need install heat pipes inmore area. In this situation, we can select the exterior and one inner wall(without theshelter of furniture) to make the indoor temperature reach the designed one.When thetemperature of heat pipe is higher than45℃, we just need to install heat pipe in theexterior wall, it will be ok.Finally, we used the Gambit software to establish a model of heat pipe wall heatingroom, then use fluent software to simulate and calculate the model, reaching theconclusion of the temperature and velocity distribution indoor. The simulation resultsshowed that: no matter the heat pipes are istalled in exterior, interior, or exterior andinterior walls, the temperature of indoor air can always meet the designed one. Inaddition to the case of istalled in the side wall, the temperature and air distributionindoor are very uniform in the other two cases. In the whole room, the temperature andvelocity gradient of air near exterior wall are the maximum,and the velocity of those in the middle of room is the minimum.This research is relative to the task called "new heating techology indoor", which isalso subject to the National12thFive-Year science and technology plan on keytechnology and program to save energy of heating system in cold region.
