Solar energy has great potential in building, using solar energy to meet the demand of low grade energy consumption of the hot water and heating. The subject of using solar energy as heat source, and the separation type heat pipe as heat transfer components, the combination of wall hanging type solar water heater and the inner wall of a separation type solar heat pipe heating device, using the wall radiation of room heating, at the same time with hot water supply function. This device uses solar energy, consumes no extra power, and realizes the integration of the components and buildings.Separate type heat pipe solar heating device to convert solar energy into hot water, using heat tube latent heat of vaporization, heat transfer characteristics of the heat is transferred to the inner wall and by the wall of heat storage and release of heating is realized. The main component is collector, heat storage tank, separated heat pipe and inner wall. Compared with other heating modes, separate type heat pipe solar heating device with the use of clean and renewable energy as heat source, high efficiency heat transfer, comfortable and hidden, no heating power and other advantages and disadvantages in the daytime heat collection and heat at night.This paper selects the Nanjing area of a residential building south standard layer of two rooms, on the device core heat transfer element of separate type heat pipe design. First according to the heat source condition, suitable working medium, calculation and comparison of water and ammonia under different working temperature of heat pipe performance impact is the key thermophysical properties, that the most suitable medium for water, heat pipe operating temperature is 40 DEG C, working pressure for 7375 Pa; and then select the shell and tube material and size, best for 304 stainless steel, diameter 16 mm, the wall thickness of 1 mm and checking the pressure.Finally, we illustrate the filling rate of heat pipe and two kinds of calculation method, R1 is meet the heat pipe operating under the evaporation section of the filling quantity does not burn dry filling rate, R2 is a heat pipe to reach steady state, considering the steam rising tube, liquid drop condensing tubes and segment the liquid filling rate. The results show that the change of evaporation section and a condensation section length of R2 value almost had no effect and liquid drop on R2 values influence larger liquid falling pipe impact on Rl value is greater than the evaporation section and a condensation section of R1 value; can be increased through separate type heat pipe condensation section of tube row number to reduce the inner tube liquid filling rate, when the evaporation section of the tube row number is 3, condensation section of tube rows is from 4 to 6, the tube liquid filling rate value is more stable; the temperature of the tube had little effect on the filling rate of the tube when the temperature was about 40 DEG C.
