Energy-saving building is one of the effective measures to relieve energy intensity and tosolve the contradictions of social and economic development and energy supply problem withthe energy shortage problem increasingly prominent. But the lack of effective IntegratedManagement Mode in the implementation of the promotion has seriously hindered thedevelopment of the energy-saving building.The article apply the basic principle of construction project management、integratedmanagement ideas and methods to energy-saving building,in the foundation of in-depthanalysis of the bottleneck problem for the promotion of the energy-efficient building,thispaper conducts the research on the energy-savingbuilding’s life-cycle Integrated ManagementMode from several aspects:(1)Theoretical research,proposed the framework of the life-cycle IntegratedManagement Mode of the energy-saving building. Combining with the concept andcharacteristic of energy-saving architecture,by analyzing the necessity and connotation oflife-cycle Integrated Management of the energy-saving building,and brings forward theconceptual model and basic Components of life-cycle Integrated Management of theenergy-saving buildings.(2)Life-cycle organization integrationof the energy-saving buildings。Use for referenceof the virtual organization theory,established the life-cycle goal system oriented owner’sorganization system and the project organization system in the LCIM mode of theenergy-saving building,and analyze the parties responsibilities of the integrated organizationsystem,fundamentally solved the questionof “isolation inthe organization”.(3)Life-cycle process integration of the energy-savingbuildings。Inthe foundationofanalysis of the meanings and necessity of the process integration, the article construct the Life-cycle process integration model of the energy-saving building,and finally analyses thekey techniques that are required to realize the life-cycle process integration of theenergy-saving building,has solved the questionof “flow separation”.(4)Life-cycle target integrationofthe energy-savingbuildings。Throughanalyzing theLife-cycle target system of the energy-saving buildings,and based on the target integrationtheory and method,the article ascertained the Life-cycle target integration mode of theenergy-saving building and analyses the key techniques that are required to realize the targetintegration,thus solved the problem of "goal conflict".(5)Life-cycle Integrated management informationsystem ofthe energy-savingbuilding。Through the analysis of the meanings of information system、 integration basis of theenergy-saving building information system, this paper brings forward the Informationmanagement mode of the energy-saving building that are based on the BIM technology,realized Life-cycle information integration management of the energy-saving building,forsolving “the information isolated problem”.
