| A stable, reliable air-condition of textile mill is the significant guarantee for thegood quality, and the important precondition of textile mills’ survival anddevelopment, meanwhile, it is also the symbol of modernization and standardization.With the living standards’ enhancement, people’s demand of fabric’s quality is soaringhigher and higher, this condition pushes the textile industry to move forward. In orderto satisfy the demand of people, our government encouraged textile mills to transformthe form of high output to the form of high quality. Facing getting into the high-endmarkets, every textile mills must guarantee the air-condition’s table operation as wellas the economics on operation energy consumption. Without doubt, it is not only thetextile mill’s financial demand but also the objective require of nation’s policy onenergy conservation. For achieving the purpose of textile mill’s air condition’sefficient working, we should pay attentions to the theory and experiment of spraychamber.This text mainly Focus on the study of spray chamber which using new nozzlesmade by ABS. building on the analysis of spray chamber’s physical process, themathematical and physical model have been built, and the mold has also been solvedby the mathematical means. At the same time, the result of solving has beenconfirmed and revised by contrasted with experiment. The result which has beenconfirmed could be qualified with the simulation in equal enthalpy humidification.Then, the method of imitation in other working conditions has also been pointed out.Second, according to a large number of experiment dates, the author hasresearched the spray chamber’s heat humid exchange efficiency at the two differentconditions which are cooling dehumidicfication and equal enthalpy humidification. Ithas been calculated by a scientific treatment that Empirical Formulas which can notonly reflex the nonlinear situation of air velocity and efficient but also can be used inthermal calculation. Meanwhile, the likelihood of spray’s water yield has beenconfirmed.Third, the thermal Calculation Method has been expound in detail by took the single stage air washer used target-type nozzles as an example. The design calculationof air washer used target-type(d=4mmã€Î´=4mm) and centrifugal injectors(d=4mm)respectively has been calculated as well as operational energy.Finally, pointing at the tendency that numbers of air washers’ reform subjects issoaring higher, the author has calculated the subject which is remaking the spraychamber used traditional centrifugal injectors.
