Optimization And Research On The Highway Communication Integration System

In recent years, the nationwide highway network has been formed along with therapid development of highway construction. The current main characteristic of nationalinformatization development is the “intelligent highway”, which is based on the highwayelectromechanical communication system. Communication network construction anddevelopment need to be valid, reliable and prospective. It also should improve the quality andflexibility of communication service and save money on the premise that internal high speedelectromechanical facilities are connected reasonable.This paper is focusing on how to integrate resources, improve the efficiency and favorthe maintenance and management for the Henan highway communication system. First of all,deep research has been done for the current situation of Henan highway communicationsystem. Objective and detailed analysis has also been given on the business needs of currentnetwork communication system. Secondly, the concept of communication integration systemhas been presented by summarizing the experience of operation management and technique ofhighway communication system and combining the actual situation of Henan highwaycommunication system. The research proposes the detail of communication integration system,the core of which is NGN network of actual soft-switching technology. NGN network canintegrate all kinds of multimedia business, and has a significant advantage in businessdiversity, flexibility in networking, fitting with trend of network evolution and cost.Highway integration system promotes the informationization of various businessmanagement of highway, provides basis for business carrying and convenient way ofcommunication, management and information sharing between related people. It alsoachieves the goal set by12th five-year plan which is to improve the emergency commandability, to integrate the security control, emergency system, charge system, informationmanagement system with communication system, and also enhances the level of highwayintelligent management.
