With the development of economy, the traffic demand is increasing. At the same time, the level of motorization in China increased rapidly. We must solve the traffic problems as soon as possible. Intelligent transportation route planning and navigation system come into being. They can provide the best travel route for driver. Shorten the driving time. Improve the safety of driving rate. Reduce the traffic accident. The driver can reach the destination successfully. The current used intelligent transportation route planning and navigation system are A*algorithm、Dijkstra algorithm and so on. But they may slower processing speed. Or can not handle the complex road condition information and other shortcomings. As the consequent, they can not effectively solve the traffic problem. Like one-way traffic, prohibiting turning and other local constraints problems. Especially for the higher requirements of vehicle on roads open and travel time. Like firefighting and first aid, the problem is more prominent. In the complexity of modern urban transport networks, the main task of realizing intelligent vehicle navigation system is to solve the problem of optimal path planning methods. The content of this thesis is based on the circuit map intelligent transportation route planning and navigation systems. It based on the theory of the circuit. This article uses the similarity of urban road network and circuit network. The urban road network, including one-way traffic and each road will be mapped into linear or nonlinear branch in circuit network. The nonlinear processing branch will be allosteric processed, to constitute a new circuit network. Then calculate and analyze the current to express traffic information. If the road is smooth, short length, good road conditions, the conductivity value is large, then current value is large. In contrast, the current value is small. So we can find the largest current path of the value from the start point to the end point. That is achieved the optimal path planning. Static information will be collected and stored in the intelligent traffic processing center. Dynamic information will be collected and uploaded to the intelligent traffic processing center by information remote transmission systems. After processing, we can download the information to the navigation server of vehicles traveling. Then it can provide navigation services.
