Intelligent Transportation System is an effective way to improve urban road traffic. The navigation system for road assembling in vehicles is an important part in ITS. Utilizing the techniques of IT and Correspondence. the navigation system could provide the best route based on real-time traffic information for the driver, thus the vehicle moving quickly can be to achieve. At present in domestic and foreign, most of the path planning provide static information for the vehicles, such as positioning information and geographical information, under static and simple traffic conditions with digital map database;the other studies are based on the real-time traffic information,but doesn't completely consider the actual circumstance of the roads, and have a vague deal with the intersctions,and can't accurately reflect the real traffic.This paper analyzes the composition of link travel time, the link travel time is divided into sections of the free travel time and delay time in intersection.And in this paper the predication function for the free travel time is provided under the influence of the road conditions, non-motor vehicle and intersections;and the delay model for intersection is provided based on the queueing theory of the distributing wave.The paper compares several classical algorithm on optimal path planning, and select Dijkstra as the optimal path algorithm of the model in this paper,with the limited search space under the habit of the driver's actual route choice. The road network model is stablished and raise two models,the optimal path planning of a single vehicle dynamic model based on node and based on cycle,and the paper also researches on the objective function,algorithm and simulation about the two models.
