Urban and rural water management is primary aspect of every country andregion’s management of public utilities, AMR(auto meter reading) system of thetap-water’s management is an important application and practice of modernwater management and intelligent residential district’s construction. In theAMRS, concentrator is the whole system’s management core and communicationhub, its performance determines the overall system performance bottlenecks andapplication capabilities.This paper is mainly about research on the design and achieve of embeddedAMRS concentrator based on the GPRS communication and STM32microcontroller of the M3architecture, which architecture is the new member of theARM family. In this paper, related theory and technology is studied and detailed,as well as the design of overall system model and the design, verification andimplementation of the system functional modules. It also has the simulation, designand demonstration of related circuit and system’s performance analysis andsummary. In this paper, these works are done as below:(1)Study and research on the related technology used for the system’s design,elaborate and analysis performance of the system design, propose the design and thesolutions to improve the performance.(2)Design and instruct the overall system architecture, including hardwarearchitecture, software architecture and communication architecture, propose thedesign and achieve of Human-Computer Interaction system(HCIS) model based onthe Lattice-LCD,improve HCIS’s input model,control model and show model.(3)Simulate and design the main system module circuit. Analysis and calculate themodels hardware circuit with argument of related design, design and achieve themodels’ software and interface. (4)make a summary of the design and implementation of the entire system, describeand analysis the inadequate of the system design as well as seeking and proposingto solve improvement approach.
