Nowdays, refrigerator is more and more popular during the life of people. Meanwhile,the era of energy conservation and emissions reduction has come. High efficiency andenergy saving compressor has become a hot spot of research and application. Linearcompressor with its superior performance, compact structure has become the excellentalternatives to traditional rotary piston compressor. Research on the design method of thelinear compressor and the optimization of structural characteristics, can accelerate theprocess of industrialization of linear compressor, and upgrade the efficiency of linearcompressor, reduce the production cost. By studying the design method of linearcompressor, this paper puts forward an innovative structure, to provide an effectivereference for the application of linear compressor in refrigerator.This paper establishes voltage equation and system equation with the describingfunction method, which provides the theoretical support for the structural design. At thesame time, this paper puts forward an innovative structure which realizes oil-freelubrication. Also, a new suction and exhaust structure is designed and a move inside yokeiron type motor becomes an innovation point in this paper. Through to the specific designand calculation of each component to determine the size of the linear compressor, thispaper makes a prototype. Finally, this paper has carried on the further optimization of thestructure, making the design more reasonable and easy processing and assembling. Platespring is a good method to improve the effect of compressor. A performance analysis ofplate spring is provided for the design and type selection when it is used in linearcompressor.This paper designs a linear compressor which has an innovative structure forconvenience to process and control. At the same time, a compact structure and a higherefficiency ensures the practicability of compressor.
