As the diversity of the building use function, the appearance of the transfer structurehave meet demand that the upper partitioned space is small and the lower disjunctivespace is big, and beam transfer method is usually used in structural engineering designwith the structure transfer layers. Due to the transfer beam and its upper bearing shear wallwork together, the stress of the transfer beam have a difference with the frame beams, thestress of the transfer beam study not only has theoretical analysis value, but also has theguidance function to the actual engineering design. Technical specification for concretestructures of tall building sets, to partial frame shear wall structure, ground shear wallspacing should comply with the relevant provisions. To set up ground walls under transferbeams, the analysis of the presence of shear wall and wall limb length for the effect on theproperties of stress transfer beam is of great significance.In this paper,the transfer beam analysis and design method elaborated systematicallybased on the summary of the papers which research the mechanical performance oftransfer beam in transfer structure under vertical load. Using the large general finiteelement analysis software ANSYS, the analysis models of the transfer beam to bearingsingle shear wall, double shear wall and three shear wall are established to analysis thechanges for axis force, shear force, bending moment and deflection of transfer beam undervertical load by changing the length of ground shear wall. At the same time, according todifferent length of the upper shear wall, the finite element analysis models are establishedfor the transfer beam to bearing double shear wall. The relevant research and analysisabout the influence of the transfer beam horizontal stress under the different length ofground shear wall are made.This study can draw a conclusion: with the existence and the increase of the lengthfor ground shear wall under the transfer beam, shear force, bending moment anddeflection of transfer beam will reduce gradually, and axis force of transfer beam ischanged with the form of the upper shear wall, but the forepart of curve have the similarperformance which reduce firstly and increase then;the location and of the horizontalstress concentration areas of the transfer beam offset to one side at which there is notground shear wall,and the stress concentration area reduce gradually.
