High-rise building is the product of modern economic development and the progress of science and technology. With pure pursuit of People on the body of the structure from "simplicity is beauty" to diversify, that is versatile, multi-purpose and novelty changeable, the complex high-rise building structure began to widely used. However, these structures’vertical arrangement were irregular, the way of force transmission was complicated and some engineerings’horizontal arrangement was irregular. The force of complicated high-rise building under earthquake is complicated and the structure of buildings are destroyed seriously.So the research on seismic performance of these complicated high-rise buildings is imperative.Choosing a frame supported shear wall structure as the object of study and using theoretical analysis and three-dimensional simulation analysis, the purpose of this thesis is to understand the seismic performance of the structure with frame supported shear wall and to analyze seismic performance of frame supported shear wall structure, as follows,(l)Using the elastic time-history analysis, the thesis analyzes the dynamic response of structure under horizontal earthquake, vertical earthquake alone and axial force, shear force, moment of the vertical support member below the conversion layer and the transfer beam and column. The thesis compares the change of structural displacement, bending moment and shear force of transformation layer transfer beam and axial force of shear wall linked with the ground and frame supported column, etc. The thesis masters the adverse effect which is from the vertical seismic action on frame shear wall structure with beam transformation layer. Research shows, when the earthquake from different directions function the frame supported shear wall structure with transformation layer, the force of transformation layer transfer beam,frame supported column and shear wall linked with the ground mutate, and mutate is more obviously under vertical seismic force.(2)Using local finite element analysis on the transformation layer structure, the thesis understands the stress, deformation and crack propagation of transfer beam, frame supported column and beam shear wall linked with the ground under vertical load. Conclusion.under vertical load, local structure is mainly sheared or destruction of shear and tension, vertical cracks formed in the transfer beam span and diagonal crack formed in the beam end; Shear wall sheared effect obviously form inclined cracks.
