| Along with the rapid development of high-rise buildings, complex high-rise structures are applied widely. When structure system and layout along the vertical direction has great discrepancy, transfer layer is needed in the position where structure layout changes in the vertical direction. Beam transfer method is a transformation form which is the most widely used in structures with transfer layers.In practical project, transfer girders generally have large section size, bear great load, and have complex stress state. Their mechanical properties are critical to the safety of buildings. Partial frame shear wall structure normally has no ground walls under transfer beams. If conditions permit, ground walls could be set under transfer beams. It has great practical significance to study the impact on beams which is brought by ground walls.On the basis of reviewing on status of application, research and calculating methods of transfer beams, this paper studies the impact of ground walls under transfer beams on overall performance, especially the mechanical properties of transfer beams. The finite element analysis software, ANSYS, is used to establish solid model and beams-shell model of frame shear wall structure with and without the ground walls under transfer beams. The forces and stress of transfer beams with different ground walls are compared by analyzing and calculating. Under the conditions that the beams bear shear walls and secondary transfer beams, the ground walls'impact on the mechanical properties of transfer beams is studied. The results show that the ground walls could obviously improve the mechanical properties of transfer beams. Combined with a practical project, SATWE is used to establish overall model and local model, and the models are calculated and analyzed, and also the ground walls'impact on the mechanical properties of transfer beams in the overall model is researched. This paper concludes that if the conditions permit, the ground walls can be set under transfer beams, and the ground walls could obviously improve the mechanical properties of transfer beams,which can provide reference for the same kind of projects. |
