With the rapid development of electrical power system, the stable operation andsecurity requirement of the power system are more and more high. To get a safe and reliableelectric power system, it need a good detection and control system to realize. Current andvoltage transformers are the most basic and important test equipments in transmission line,the measurement data in the form of electrical signals to control follow monitoring andprotection equipments, realized the monitoring of power system operation.Due to the special environment of strong electric field and strong magnetic field in thepower system, which makes the traditional way of energy supplying at run time exist manyproblems. It will greatly increase the risk of power system. Optical fiber transmission, withinsulation and not affected by the electromagnetic field effect, make the new laser energysupplying way to become the future development trend. It effectively improved the system’sefficiency and safety reliability.Based on semiconductor technology, the most core part-photovoltaic power converterPPC-in the laser energy supplying system is studied. Photovoltaic power converter designedby photovoltaic principle. This thesis introduces in detail the phenomenon of photovoltaicgeneration principle, and μming this principle to achieve PPC cell research and design. Thetemperature, resistance effect and light loss on the influence of PPC battery are respectivelysystematic analyzed. According to varioμm influence puts forward corresponding solutions,calculation and simulation method μmed to validate the result. Crosslight APSYS software isa kind of semiconductor simulation software based on the finite element analysis andmodeling. Μming the software to simulate and optimizate for PPC battery epitaxial structure,and obtain51.59%energy conversion efficiency from the simulation results. Based onforward study work, this thesis introduces the semiconductor technology. Through thesemiconductor process optimization and improvement, presented the fabrication process ofPPC cell, and tested the finished PPC cell with analysis.
