Asphalt paver for paving asphalt concrete is a major mechanical equipment operations,with the development of technology and increasing levels of road construction, theconstruction unit of the paver requirements are also showing a trend of diversification. Theperformance of screed has a significant impact on leveling and pre-compaction effect whenpaving the road. Research shows that the movement of the vibration device and kineticcharacteristics of the normal paver screed is directly related to the quality of work and jobs.Therefore, the study would provide practical reference value for the design and usage.Firstly, this article used3ds Max software to create each major component of thethree-dimensional model for a asphalt paver, and connect them together to form the whole.Then used the simulation controls to simulate the augers, vibrating beam and other workdevices, and then simulates the paver’s operation process. Meanwhile, summarized the mainparameters of the vibration devices comprehensively, and used Pro/Engineer to establish asolid model. Importing the model into ADAMS by the data conversion,and adding theappropriate constraints and driving to the various parts of the model according to the actualwork situation of vibration device at the same time.Using of simulation module for dynamicsimulation of vibration device.With the aid of theoretical analysis and simulationexperiment,study the dynamic behavior of paver compaction mechanism in the workprocess.Provided a basis for rational selection of related parameters.
