Along with the development of modern economy and traffic, the level of highway is also more and more high,paver is the special machine for highway construction.The factors affecting pavement's combination property are widely. Among these factors, the smoothness of loosening road surface is the most affecting factor to the road's smoothness. So, the paver's property is most important to the final road surface's smoothness and compactness. Many scholars and unit has been devoted to the research of advanced performance paver, to meet the needs of the modern economy.The research to the paver's work device have always stayed in the category of kinematics in a long-time, several theories are generated at the same time, which could make a reasonable explanation for the attachment's characteristic of automatic leveling blanket. But due to the uncertainty of the actual construction conditions and the complexity of the influence factors, some real phenomenon have not been interpreted by the dynamics model. Consequently, it is necessary to put forward one more correct analytic model than before.In this paper, according to the research need of asphalt mix-material and paver's attachment interaction, the comparing analysis in load-bearing to asphalt mix-material was proceed, researched the physical characteristics in different mixture. At the meantime, based on the mixture's construction, the intensity mechanics for asphalt pavement was discussed.It was analyzed for the interaction course between the hot-asphalt mix-material and the pavers'attachment. Based on the features in different mixture, the rheological model of the asphalt mix-material was obtained. The floating leveling blanket mechanics of the asphalt mix-material paver and the interaction characteristic of the hot-asphalt mix-material and the pavers'attachment were analysised. Combining mixture's rheological model, the dynamic model for the interaction between the attachment and the mixture was built.The finite element analysis directed toward construction for the main stress component in the asphalt mix-material paver was preceded. The work device's stress and strain status during the execution of works was extracted. The settle tactics for reducing the influence of deforming was given.The analog simulation to the paver's functional mode was preceded in different interference, offering real-time monitoring data, supplying the data reference for overall design.
