At present,semi rigid base is used in more than 90%of high grade highway construction in China.Semi rigid base is semi-rigid material represented by cement stabilized material and lime and fly ash stabilized material as the base material.The cement stabilized macadam base in semi-rigid base occupies the main position.Cement stabilized macadam base has good integrity and durability,high strength and strong bearing capacity,which is suitable for road construction in China.Although most high-grade highway in our country uses cement stabilized macadam base,it has many advantages,but it also has unconquered shortcomings.The shrinkage of cement stabilized macadam base is easy to produce cracks and poor drainage,and the mixture is easy to produce water mud mass in the process of mixing,and the mixture is uneven and the aggregate appears white.In order to improve the shrinkage performance of the semi-rigid base of cement stabilized macadam,the mixing of the mixture is not uniform and so on,and the strength of the base is improved,and the vibration mixing technology is used to improve the performance of the base and improve its cracking resistance and strength.Vibration mixing technology is a mechanical strengthening technology which can better improve the mixing quality of new technology,new method and new concept.Therefore,this paper studies the influence of vibration mixing technology on the road performance of cement stabilized macadam base.Firstly,the theory of vibration mixing technology for cement stabilized macadam mixture is studied,and the advantages and disadvantages of vibration stiring technology and traditional non vibration mixing technology are compared and analyzed,and the action principle of vibration stirring cement stabilized macadam mixture is made.This paper introduces the indoor modified vibration mixing test machine.Through the test and analysis,the mixing time of the modified test machine is determined to be 5min,and the road performance of the mixture with different mixing methods is compared and analyzed.It is found that the unconfined compressive strength of the mixture of vibration and cement stabilized macadam is increased by 15.4%,21.7%and 21.3%.respectively,with the strength of 7D,28d and 90d,and the splitting strength of health 7d,28d and 90d are increased by 6.11%,21.4%and 19.5%respectively.The experimental results show that the vibration mixing technology has a good effect on improving the cement stabilized macadam mixture and strength performance.The definite function.In this paper,the freeze-thaw test of cement stabilized macadam mixture with different mixing is carried out.The test results show that the vibration mixing technology is helpful to enhance the frost resistance of the base material.According to the contrastive analysis of the shrinkage performance test,the study shows that the vibration agitation can significantly reduce the shrinkage strain and the shrinkage coefficient of the mixture,enhance the crack resistance of the base material and reduce the crack.Based on the construction of the reconstruction and expansion project of the black highway,the paper introduces the principle parameters of the vibration mixer on the site.According to the experimental analysis results of the laboratory and the construction experience of the test road in the construction site,the construction quality control and guidance are carried out on the mixing,paving,rolling and health maintenance,and the test results of the test road quality are analyzed.
