The Product Quality Defects Level Evaluation For Vehicle Audit

Vehicle Audit project originated from Audit of Germany VW, which now has become animportant part of quality management system for the automotive manufacturers.The Majorinternational automakers have their own internal strict audit systems for vehicles, andautomobile joint ventures in China mainly use foreign vehicle standards, but generally ourindependent automobile enterprise refer to vehicle audits of other enterprises at home andabroad, combinbing with actual situation and quality requirement, formulating their ownvehicle audit processes.Although automakers’vehicle audit project processes, defectclassificationes, defect scores are not the same, but defects feedback for vehicle audit isbasicly same, which is finally evaluated in the form of subjective scores by vehicle auditorswho are based on the customer’s position and relevant standards.Usually the final defectscores are higher, and the quality conditions of the vehicles are poorer.The study firstly introduces the domestic and foreign product audit regulations standardand several typical auto makers’ vehicle audit projects; Then introduces the vehicle auditcontent of Silverbus Corporation and determines the subjective grading; Secondly formulatesthe product quality defect level evaluation index system basing on vehicle audit, divides thevehicle audit project into5level-1and14level-2indicators according to defects type, andintroduces the content and grade of each index; Then introduces the steps of fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method using in this research, and use analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the index weight, and the membership degree subset of each index factoris determined by the expert questionnaire form; Finally setes up product quality defect levelevaluation model basing on vehicle audit, determines the range of quality defect gradingassessment and separately carries out audit model validation and application for using twoaudit cars.This new comprehensive evaluation method is practical and valid for SilverbusCorporation.In this study, basing on quantitative expression of defect assessment in the form of scoreevaulation for the vehicle audit of Silverbus Corporation, we formulate the product qualitydefect level evaluation index system of vehicle audit according to defect type, and creatively establish evaluation model for product quality defects level and proposed qualitatively usingquality grade to reflect the vehicle quality. The final evaluation result of the vehicle audit iscombined the quantitative defect score with qualitative quality level stand, which is not onlybeneficial for the enterprise to determine quality goals in accordance with the audit score, butalso can directly reflect the status of the vehicle quality and each class quality.
