Research On The Quality Evaluation Of Follow-Up Audits Of Urban Renewal Projects

"Urban renewal" was written into the government work report for the first time during the National People’s Congress in 2021.With the further development of the "people first" theory,urban renewal has become a necessary way to promote highquality urban development in the new era.Based on the theoretical basis and the actual situation,the quality study of urban renewal project tracking audit is of theoretical and practical value to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,improve the quality of the project,prevent project risks,and protect the property safety of the state and the public.Based on the background of urban renewal development,this paper firstly elaborates the development trends and theories of urban renewal,tracking audit and audit quality from abroad and at home,and establishes 5 primary indicators of audit preparation,audit implementation,audit report,audit management and audit finalization through expert consultation and literature research,as well as an evaluation system including 15 secondary indicators affecting the tracking audit of urban renewal and renovation projects.The evaluation system includes 15 secondary indicators that affect the quality of urban renewal projects.A combination of hierarchical analysis and entropy method was used to construct the evaluation system of urban renewal project tracking audit quality.By using the evaluation system constructed in this paper,we can make a reasonable and effective evaluation of the follow-up audit of urban renewal and renovation projects in M city,and propose corresponding improvement measures for the existing problems.The combined assignment method used in this paper is an exploration and update of the construction of the quality evaluation system for urban renewal and renovation project tracking audit,and at the same time enriches the audit-related theoretical knowledge and extends the related research ideas.The application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the urban renewal and renovation project of city M provides a scientific basis for the state audit authority to carry out management,and provides a useful basis for improving the audit quality of urban renewal and renovation project,avoiding audit risks,and It provides a proven method to improve the quality of urban renewal projects,avoid audit risks and prevent fraud.
