Project completion settlement price audit is an important content in project audit lightning, whether the construction unit or project owners have attached great importance to price audits. It is a hot topic that how to quickly and accurately determine the project cost audit in the industry study due to the more data 、 the amount of calculations and the more time. Therefore, the study of a fast and accurate method of determining the project cost audit has important theoretical and practical value.In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of traditional engineering methods are concluded on the basis of a lot of paper about project audit.And a project lightning audit method based on fuzzy clustering is proposed combining the theory of fuzzy clustering. Base on the characteristic factor in audit engineering, clustering analysis is first made for the collected projects with the SPSS. Then selecting a typical engineering library and placing the pending projects into the typical engineering library, the similar project is obtained with the clustering analysis of the typical engineering library in the method of the clustering analysis with the SPSS.The audit price is obtained based on the selected similar project. Based on the weight of the selected project characteristic factors calculated by the entropy weight method, the similarity between the similar project and the pending project is first obtained with the grey correlation analytical method, then calculated for the main quantity machine equipped with the forehead of audit project, combined with the local material price and selected rate,then determine the pending engineering audit cost.Verify that the deviation between the audit price and the actual cost is within the allowable range. If within the range, the audit price is accepted; if not, repeat the process until determining the audit project.Through this study, a project lightning audit model based on fuzzy clustering is established, and the proposed method is evaluated based on the project examples. It provides a fast, accurate, and relatively mature approach for the engineering audit to make up for the shortcomings of traditional engineering audit approach.
