Recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economic construction,reconstruction of existing road network and road levels increase, the growing traffic volumeincreases, all kinds of heavy vehicles increasing, leading to the old bridge on the old roadcapacity and safety reserve requirements higher and higher, to identify such roads cancontinue to use the old bridge and the actual carrying capacity is particularly urgent. Currentbridge structure detection, evaluation and reinforcement structural safety has become a bridgemaintenance, to ensure the normal use of the important measures. How highway bridges inservice inspection for quality assessment and reinforcement at home and abroad has becomeacademic, engineering research focus.In this paper,according to the true example that the Changchun North line to Jilin Railoverpass, deploys research about the damnification identify, employ capacity and reinforcetechnology with reason of Skew T beam bridge through finding out disease position ofconstruct and cause, establishment of an appropriate real bridge finite element model todetermine the test load value under the theoretical effects of the bridge, through the load testto identify the location and structural causes of disease, comprehensive real bridgeAppearance test results and load test results and theoretical analysis of damage, etc., expandthis type of bridge damage identification, given reasonable reinforcement technology, andthrough reinforced load tests verify that this method the class bridge reinforcement is effective.
