This paper is concern with new technologys of incremental lauching and research on construction monitor and control about long span skew continuous beam bridges which is a branch of western subjects leaded by the Ministry of Communications. As the traffic constructions of China develop in these years, a number of bridges are to be built to meet the demands of mountainous area of West China's traffic layout. In the mountains by the construction site and the conditions of transport constraints, incremental launching method is very competitive in a way.While in many bibliographies, right beam bridges with incremental launching studying was carried out, but few of skew beam bridges with incremental launching were in-depth studied. To response this status, the western transportation construction projects - "long-span skew continuous bridge incremental lauching technology and construction of control technology"quo for this project, to resolve the key technology issues of the skew continuous beam bridge incremental launching simulation and skew for bridge construction.Based on analyzing the mechanical behavior of skew beam bridges with incremental launching, ILMP (incremental launching method program) is programmed in this paper. This paper include: research on mechanical behavior of skew beam bridges with incremental launching, research on analysis method of skew beam bridges with incremental launching, object-oriented programming of FEM program and verification of FEM program.1) At first, analyzing the mechanical behavior of single-span skew girder beam, and then research on skew girder continuous bridge. Finally, the launching construction of skewed bridge is researched.2) Chooses and deduce some formula, included skew bridge, incremental launching method, creep and prestress.3) Based on the selection method and Visual C++, design plane FEM program to deal with the launching construction of skewed bridge.4) Verification of FEM program by typical example, Lishui bridge in Zhangjiajie and Lushui bridge in Zhuzhou, and then appraise the program by the result.
