Asphalt surface skid resistance decreases with longer duration of use. In order to be able tolearn at each stage of skid resistance of asphalt pavement, the accelerated polishing machine isadopted to the accelerated ageing of the asphalt pavement, using pendulum instrument measuringthe anti-slip coefficient of different times, and grasp the antiskid performance.In order to improve the speed of polishing machine working efficiency and stability, and themain research content of this paper is as follows:(1) The design of electronic belt scale flow accelerated polishing machine on the flow of sandcontrol, and carries on the calibration, improve the accuracy of flow sand flow;(2) the design ofcooling system, the application of the principle of heat balance, keep the asphalt samples under thecondition of constant temperature, avoid friction coefficient of asphalt sample is affected bytemperature changes;(3) USES the vacuum technology, enhance the chassis of the stability ofpolishing machine; Polished rod (4) reference guide, for the grinding disc provides good steeringcontrol, the more sufficient friction;(5) refers to the high frequency damping device, reduce theimpulse of rubber wheel;(6) is designed to meet the user master speed polishing machine workingconditions, at any time according to need to collection and friction coefficient of asphalt samplepattern.Optimization of speed grinder practical performance enhancements, significantly improvestability and efficiency is higher.
