| Missile corollary equipment division is an affiliated institute of China air-to-airmissile institute, mainly engaged in various models of missile launchers’ research andproduction. With the increasing market section and requirements, the development ofcompetitor and strengthened market competition, its own production management isfacing a huge challenge. Because the product variety and small batch productioncharacteristics, it is more difficult to organize, plan, control and coordinate theproduction. In order to shorten the development cycle of models, accelerate deliveryschedule, reduce the production cost, to maintain the leading domestic advantage intransmitting device design, processing, assembly, delivery and other aspects, so westudy on optimal production organization and planning of missile launcher.The theory of industrial engineering, key chain theory and information systemplanning method were used in the paper. Production process and facility layoutoptimization, production planning control and lean production mode of missilelaunchers were researched:(1) according to the actual situation of production, firstly the production processand production type were analyzed. Based on the three elements of process, the existingproblems of production are found. Then some improvement measures are put forward.By using the method of SLP, production facilities layout is optimized. And the resultswere evaluated by comparing the original with optimization. It is found that this methodis effective and feasible.(2) based on the existing production planning problems, the bidirectional drivinglean production management is put forward. Then production planning, the overallhomemade and assembly production plan, material supply planning process wereoptimized design. The paper studies scheduling algorithm based on BOM and key chain.Then combined with the actual process, critical chain process scheduling algorithm wasexamined. It is found that traditional project management techniques are failed. Themethod is more flexible, which simplifies the control method, and improve the controleffect. It is useful to plan and control the actual production planning.(3) a lean production management system is built in the paper. Using the idea of lean production, each function module of the lean production management system isanalyzed. Focusing on the comprehensive plan management, production management,outsourcing management, warehouse management, production management andKANBAN management, the process of function program and system deployment areanalyzed.
