This paper introduces a work based on the national advanced research project. According to the project request, a mechanical and electrical component related to research is selected as the research target. Based on the application of automatic control technology, the monolithic integrated circuit technology, the numerical control technology, and so on, a complete set of mechatronic system is designed in this paper. The system integrates machinery, electricity and control technology together as a whole, in which there are information processing, control section, actuation and transmission part, examination part, and power unit. There are three external system interfaces: mechanical interface, power supply interface and bus interface. Through three kind of interfaces, the higher level PC can control the lower level ones and executors. This Mechatronics can be applied not only to the military long-distance control, but also to civilian control equipments.This paper concentrates mainly on three research areas: structure design, dynamics analysis and control circuit design. According to the project request, the system design has been proposed and the reasonable transmission system has been determined. After a series of calculations, a reasonable implementation element has been selected together with the parameters evaluation. Then the entity model and mathematical model with the bond graph are established simultaneously. Dynamic analysis is realized. This article combines three parts above: organization design, dynamics analysis and the control method into a unified whole.
