| With the development of culture and commercial blocks in large city, the situationof traditional commercial blocks has greatly changed. In China, quite a few culture andcommercial blocks have become the industry gathering place and significant centers ofconsumption. Nowadays, the culture and commercial blocks plays an important role inleading the trend of consumption and improving city comprehensive service functions.Xi’an, Because of its rich cultural heritage, the culture of the commercial districtdeveloped rapidly. Qin, Han and Tang variety of cultural and commercial projectsabound. This leads to a question worth considering-this rapid development of culturaland commercial projects is a problem, whether there is loss of function, is accepted bythe people, the situation of cultural and commercial projects in their own development.This extraction of the idea of contemporary urban design framework and thecorephilosophy, combined with the relevant characteristics of experiential shoppingcenter,respectively, from the "use-physical function","spatial pattern ","cultureexperience," the three basic dimensions degree evaluation index.
