As a small, low-speed and short day-to-day transport, pure electric sightseeing carhas a specific use situation and a special user. It is widely used in the parks, schools,resorts, golf courses and other places which are used to carry passengers. Because it hasthe advantages of energy saving, zero pollution, low noise, in China it has a uniquedevelopment conditions and prospect of application.This topic based on the company of Liuzhou YANLONG car which independentresearch and development’s pure electric sightseeing cars, designed a motor controller.The motor controller of pure electric sightseeing cars can realize the two followingfunctions, the motor real-time signal acquisition and real-time fault detection. The articleon the basic principle of vector control (VC) designed a AC induction motor indirectvector control system, which subject to the three-phase AC asynchronous inductionmotor drive pure electric sightseeing car as the research object, using the lead-acidbattery as the energy, the TMS320F2808DSP motor control chip of TI company as thecore of the control unit, Using German Simon Kang company’s latest high-power IGBTinverter as the AC and DC energy conversion device, based on the principle of SVPWM,using by the rotor flux oriented slip frequency vector control methods to controlthree-phase AC induction motor work. Because of pure electric sightseeing car runs witha relatively low speed, climbing ability is relatively weak, having a fixed route, vehicleand fewer during walking has often been on and off, etc. The motor controller’s designrequirements are not very high, the drive motor to ensure a good starting and brakingability of the premise, the focus is to ensure that pure electric sightseeing cars runningmotor controller security and reliability.The paper first gives the design requirements of the project and the function of theproject will be achieved, which according to the development of pure electric vehicles andbusiness development needs. Then summarizes the development of the AC speed controlsystem’s related technology and pure electric sightseeing car. On this basis, according tothe7.5KW three-phase AC induction motor’s dynamic mathematical model, coordinatetransformation and vector control strategies do the qualitative analysis and identification.Then the paper gives the pure electric sightseeing car’s dynamic performance indicatorsand simulation parameters configuration.Secondly, the article researched the voltage space vector pulse width SVPWM’working principle and control algorithm. Then according to the indirect rotor fieldoriented vector control scheme gives a pure electric sightseeing car motor controller’sMATLAB simulation model. Finally, this article gives the simulation diagram andsimulation results. Finally, this article designs the vector control system’s hardware and software parts.According to the hardware circuit analyses the system’s anti-interference. In the softwareparts, the paper gives the overall design idea and program flow chart.
