| Electricity terminal equipment, an auxiliary-management equipment of the distributiongrid,acts as an important role in the production and operation management of theelectric-power-supply-enterprise,which has not get enough attention on itself. Withyear-by-year surge in the number of installed and operating equipments, it brings out newproblems of frequently failures and heavy pressure of maintenance. Therefore, it isnecessary to carry out research on reliability of electricity terminal equipments.In this paper, it starts with the major stages of the life cycle of the terminal equipments,classified the factors which will affect the equipment-reliability as suppliers management,the quality of operation and maintenance, and renewal management. Choosing optimalselection of suppliers through operational status research of the equipments from varietysuppliers, index designing and analysis, and technical assessment; Optimizing theoperation and maintenance processes by researching on present situation and sample,designing trouble diagnosis model and finding out the core links which affect theefficiency of operation and maintenance; Pointing out the development direction forequipment renewal with accounting of economic life and technical life of the terminalequipment, planning out a replacement policy, and analyzing short board of adaptability tovariety operational situations. It’s proved the effectiveness of these methods above withthe indicators data from the scope of pilot area.It shows more obvious advantages by taking these measures in the same operatingsituation,runs an active role for improving the equipment reliability,and widely applied inthe practical management of electricity terminal equipments in the enterprise. |
