Nowadays, ready-mixed concrete enterprises facing a huge industrydevelopment prospects, also the face of fierce and brutal competition in themarket. For the survival and better development, ready-mixed concreteenterprises concern the problem of concrete mixing station location andoptimization of distribution patterns. But there are still three issues: first, lackof scientific and quantitative evaluation criteria and decision-making methodfor the concrete mixing station location; second, traditional distribution modelhave high distribution costs and profits of enterprises is lower; third, concreteorder allocation is not optimal. Based on this, the paper presents a centralizeddistribution mode of concrete distribution based on distribution center, intendto solve this three key issues.In terms of concrete mixing station location, this paper studied theconstruction of evaluation index system of mixing station site and the specificprocess of the application of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) tosite. Firstly, through literature and interviews with experts, we have identified35influencing factors for batching plant siting; Then, through questionnaireand SPSS to statistical analyzed the importance of all factors, and choose17significant factors from them. For mixing plant site selection, we haveestablished an evaluation index system. Finally, by application of FAHP toassess the concrete batching plant siting decisions, and demonstrated it’sscientific and effective through an empirical.In this paper, on the location selection of distribution center, a conceptof ready-mixed concrete vehicle distribution center is proposed consideringthe distribution center theory in logistics system for reference. Then we studythe problem of location selection for vehicle distribution center and establisha distribution center location model. Then the implementation procedure ofthe model with immune optimization algorithm is presented. And thefeasibility and effectiveness of model is demonstrated with an example. In terms of optimization of order allocation, a distribution center basedconcrete orders task allocation model is constructed through exploring theorder collection, distribution and optimal scheduling workflow in distributioncenter. The implementation procedure of the model with genetic algorithm isstudied. And the accuracy and economic efficiency of the model is provedwith an instance.The results show that the distribution center based ready-mixed concretecentralized distribution model is of great theoretical and realistic significanceto the enterprises in improving the production and management efficiency,reducing the distribution cost, maximizing the profits, and enhancing themarket competitiveness. Therefore, it’s an excellent concrete distributionmodel which deserves use for reference and generalization.
