Commercial concrete is essential for building and relevant industry rapid development of important commodities,external development condition in recent years under the condition of appropriate,policy support of the commercial concrete production realized leap-forward development,the current annual output of about 2.7 billion cubic meters,the concrete with a large portion of the premixed from professional factories.Commercial concrete as a special commodity,the sales implementation often need to be closely integrated with distribution,distribution in the whole sales occupy a certain position in the process,so a good distribution scheduling management implementation,not only can meet the needs of customers,good can also directly reduce the operating costs of concrete production enterprises,And directly improve customer satisfaction,establish a good corporate image.But at the moment due to some constraint of resources to the outside world,some enterprises only rely on the scheduling administrators on the basis of previous management experience,the average time to make project scheduling distribution,in the face of the massive demand will inevitably be or emergency decision-making unreasonable situation,it not only created their own enterprise resource waste,also reduced the customer satisfaction of service,It’s not good for the company in the long run.In view of the specific requirements of timeliness,particularity and professionalism of commercial concrete distribution,this paper takes the distribution scheduling of commercial concrete as the research object to build an optimization model.Considering the influence of distribution and transportation time as an important parameter,the road patency stability coefficient is introduced to correct the transportation time parameters previously set based on experience.Firstly,this paper gives a brief introduction of the research background and related theoretical basis to determine the research direction.Secondly,considering the expressways under the premise of stability coefficient,build to changes in transport costs,waiting for the opportunity cost and late penalty cost minimum sum as the target of commercial concrete distribution scheduling optimization model,and through the comparative analysis of all the advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm,the design using genetic algorithm is used to build the model to draw distribution scheduling optimization scheme.Finally,combined with the example data of Dalian JH Concrete Products Co.,Ltd.,the model and algorithm are used to solve the distribution scheduling scheme,and the implementation scheme of the company is introduced.Through example verification and analysis,the effectiveness and feasibility of this optimization model in reducing enterprise distribution cost and maintaining customer service satisfaction are proved,which provides scientific and reasonable decision support for the follow-up distribution scheduling management of commercial concrete enterprises.
