Beijing is a modern international metropolis with a permanent population of more than 22 million.It is also a city seriously short of water resources.At present,more than 30 water purification plants have been built and directly involved in water production in Beijing,with daily water supply capacity exceeding 3.3 million cubic meters.Disinfection is the last and most important step in water production process.It is the last barrier to ensure the safety of water quality by adding disinfectants to inactivate pathogenic microorganisms in water.Therefore,the safe and stable supply of disinfectants for water purification has become one of the necessary conditions for water quality assurance.At present,the main disinfectant used in our city’s water purification plant is C agent,which consumes nearly 40,000 tons annually.The supply and distribution of C agent are purchased,transported and used independently by all water purification plants from other provinces and cities.Lack of unified distribution and management,especially in the information-based supply guarantee,results in instability of C pharmaceutical supply,untimely distribution,inconsistent usage,irregular storage and high cost of use.This paper will focus on the location of C pharmaceutical distribution center and logistics network collaboration.The center of gravity method is used to select the approximate location and alternative address of the distribution center,and then the weighted factor evaluation method is used to determine the location of the distribution center.Finally,the dynamic programming method is used to realize the research on the distribution network of C pharmaceuticals.At the same time,the comparison of cost and economic benefit of C medicament before and after completion is demonstrated again.All data content is based on the actual enterprise distribution center construction and transformation case.Especially during the period of transportation constraints in major activities,it will be able to more rationally allocate supply and demand service capabilities,ensure the stable supply of C pharmaceuticals,improve enterprise management capabilities,realize the integration of resources and reduce overall costs.Improve the level of operation. |
