Tyre Crane is the important equipment for the port operation. QLY50full hydraulicTyre Crane can well suit to the port operation. It has a very high reliability and can load orunderload when the path of the cargo yard is very narrow, parking space is small, even ifthere is no standard operation position for the crane to operate sometimes. This article is toanalyze and study the hydraulic system of the Tyre Crane, solve the problems occur duringthe operation, the research result has very import value for the practical application.Considering the QLY50full hydraulic Tyre Crane at Qinhuangdao Port, which hasbeen always working on high load, result in a serial of problems like hydraulic oil leakagevolume of the hydraulic system is too much, the temperature of the hydraulic oil is toohigh, the hydraulic components are damaged, etc. This article is to analyze the maintechnical performance and main structure, and to introduce the hydraulic system andrelevant hydraulic components, and to focus on the analysis of the hydraulic pump circuit、hoisting mechanism circuit、 luffing mechanism circuit、 the traveling mechanism circuitand leg circuit, etc. The aim is to provide the basis for overhaul and reconstruction.AMEsim software is adopted to do the simulation calculation based on the analysis ofthe slewing mechanism. The slewing mechanism is one of the main mechanisms of theTyre Crane, its dynamic performance affects the working performance of the whole TyreCrane directly. The pressure dynamic performance of the system is analyzed through thesimulation calculation of the hydraulic system. The stability of the slewing operation at thesituation of the big moment of inertia can be improved, meanwhile, the working efficiencycan be improved at the situation of the small moment of inertia, and the reliability andsafety of the operation of the whole crane can be increased by controlling the slope of thecurve appropriately. The theoretical basis can be provided to instruct the improvement、optimization and designing of the crane slewing hydraulic system.The hydraulic system is analyzed according to the theory of the hydraulic system ofthe crane and the operation condition of the crane. To find out the reason that results in thehydraulic system fault and supply corresponding solution according to the real operationof the crane on the site. Meanwhile, the corresponding improving solution is given considering the damage of the steel wire rope and the high temperature of the hydraulicoil.
