| Along with the large spatial developable antenna application becoming more and more widely, the stability of developable antenna gets more and more attention. The composite which is composed of a heat recovery performance of shape-memory polymer and tensile performance excellence of carbon cloth arises at the historic moment. Due to the light weight and large deformation, carbon cloth reinforced shape-memory polymer composite(SMPC) is widely used by developable structure in space. Because of the capability of active shape-changing of carbon cloth reinforced SMPC, equipments become simple and won’t impact after the lock of structure. It becomes the frist choice of driving force for simple structure.Based on the research of carbon cloth reinforced SMPC hinge, the truss structure model with three vane is built and is carried on the dynamic analysis. Specific work is as follows.(1)Establish two models of truss structure model with three vane by using ABAQUS software. Make the model analysis in consideration of constitutive equati-on of viscoelastic epoxy and contrast the factors which influence the natural freque-ncy.(2)Make the physical model of truss structure model with three vane for test. Test the performance of carbon fiber cloth reinforced epoxy-based composite mater-ial layer and test the natural frequency of truss structure model with three vane. The test results compare with simulation results match well. |
