With the unique cultural background of watercolor penetrate into the performance of landscape design, enhance the aesthetic feeling and spiritual connotation on the whole design. The first chapter, the study of ancient Chinese landscape painting and western landscape painting, analysis the way of they appeared and what the effect is. Then made the detailed research on the perform method of Chinese existing landscape garden design, analysis the advantages and disadvantages of each methods. In the expression of landscape garden design, hand-painted can embody the designer personal style and expressive force better. The second chapter, studying the penetration of watercolor language in landscape design. Studying the commonality of the two, and finding the best coordinate of the two. The practicability and uniquely aesthetic of watercolor language makes landscape design more artistic, the purpose is to arouse the attention then use watercolor to express design. The third chapter, I will focus on the Hong Kong Garden, through my own practice, from the design creative thinking to the expression of thinking and learn through the artistry of landscape design bright by watercolor language, then summarized the problems that met in the creation.
