People on the bridge structure implementing of intelligent control and intelligentmonitoring and effort is one of the achievements in the field of bridge engineering inthe20th century. However, how to use way to accomplish operational bridge healthmonitoring the technical condition assessment, for a long period of time, will alwaysbe a problem. Since no industry-wide health monitoring standards, although numeroustheoretical assessment methods, there is a large distance gap between practical goals.Taking into account the bridge detection and health monitoring indicators inassessing the similarity, this article relies Fuling stone ditch Yangtze river bridgehealth monitoring project, combined with health monitoring static performanceindicators, starting from the industry recommended norms, focuses on healthmonitoring and assessment of bridge inspection method of combining practicalitydiscussed, and using a combination of qualitative and quantitative model of thebridge technical condition rating. Specific work is as follows:①Making use of cable force deviation as a classification basis, proposed stoneditch Yangtze river bridge cable force unified evaluation criteria.,deviation of themeasured cable force established rate and the link between the cable capacity.②Measured using the health monitoring of the ratio of stress and design stressas a stress calibration factor,using the measured displacement and displacement ratioas the calibration coefficients, according to the above two calibration coefficient toevaluate strength, stiffness of bridge; Taking the stress equivalent principle in finiteelement model of the load, Intends to take random load loading efficiency and therandom load displacement calibration coefficient to evaluate bridge trafficadaptability.③Combining with the main beam stress monitoring results, using intensity ofdissipation theory to assess the carrying capacity of side span across section1andmidspan across section4under the limit state.④Setting up stone ditch Yangtze river bridge dedicated evaluation criteria aswell as matching custody maintenance recommendations, and health monitoringindicators will be incorporated into the assessment standards, according to theevaluation standard conduct bridge technical condition evaluation.
