Research On The National Of Vocational Qualification Of The Coach Driver And The Method Of Driver Selection

In recent years, society at large has pay attention to the traffic safety. The roadtransportation industry as a high-risk industry, once have an accident, it will causeserious casualties and property loss. After analysing the extra serious accident over theyears, the primary accident reason is the driver who is poor in comprehensive quality,safety awareness and skills of emergency treatment. Therefore, for the driver selectionof transportation enterprise, besides the driving license and employment certification,we should also think over the individual difference, occupational skills, occupationalquality etc to ensure transportation safety, when picking driver.Firstly, based on the research about the domestic and overseas occupation driverqualification management, paper study the driver occupation qualification system in ourcountry, put forward the characteristics and problem of occupation drivers managementand draw a conclusion that it is important of driver selection; secondly, combining thepractice, paper analyses systematically of the driver factors affecting driving safety withtheory about safety behavior, safety ergonomics, safety management, safety psychologyand establishes index system for driver selection evaluation; on the basis of indexsystem, study the index from the aspect of index description, principle and method toconfirm evaluation criterion; make a contrastive analysis on the analytic hierarchyprocess, grey theory, fuzzing mathematics and trend function etc evaluation model;finally, the evaluation method is applied to the transportation enterprise which ismember of a college in our city, calculate weight coefficient and correct it by entropytechnology, put forward selection proposal according to the evaluation result and actualsituation of driver.
