| This article showed the systematic research of the asphalt pavement rutting disease, and carried out the reason of good crack resistance and rutting resistance of OGFC composite modified asphalt mixture. The crack resistance of OGFC composite modified asphalt mixture is good because of the fully use of high elasticity and fatigue resistance of waste rubber powder’s particles; the rutting resistance is good because of the fully use of rock asphalt of high viscosity, which can increase aggregate cohesive force.By Marshall test, we systematic analyzed the OGFC composite modified asphalt mixture in different design class with the largest relative density, porosity, clearance rate, stability and flow value, then we determined the optimum asphalt content. By rutting test, we analyzed the different factors’ influence to rutting insistence of OGFC composite modified asphalt mixture, which contained aggregate ratio, gradation, temperature, and rock asphalt content. Finally, we got the results as below:the high temperature anti-rutting performance would be the best when there was15%rock asphalt in the asphalt mixture; the high temperature anti-rutting performance of ordinary matrix asphalt mixture was relatively poor.By MTS fatigue test, we experimented some factors’impact to crack insistence of OGFC composite modified asphalt mixture, which contained grading, rock asphalt content, rubber powder content and the stress ratio. The result is that the asphalt mixture containing15%rubber powder had the best performance of anti-crack resistance fatigue. Slightly, followed by the asphalt mixture containing15%rock asphalt, ordinary matrix asphalt mixture was relatively poor on the fatigue resistance.Added to the asphalt mixture at the same time with different levels of rock asphalt and rubber powder, according to the rutting test and the MTS fatigue test, we know that the asphalt mixture containing10%rock asphalt and15%rubber powder in the same time had the best performance of anti-rutting and anti-crack resistance fatigue, based on the results, a reasonable mixture ratio of composite modified asphalt mixture was put forward in this article. |
