With the rapid development of China’s economy and technology and the growing needs of the people for a better life,high-grade roads have been vigorously developed in recent years as an infrastructure that promotes communication and development between regions,especially highways.However,some problems of highway diseases that have subsequently appeared have attracted widespread attention,among which rutting and fatigue damage on highway pavements are particularly significant.The construction and use of roads are in nature.Due to different climate and environmental factors in different regions,the roads in different places are affected by environmental changes.However,most existing studies predict the design life of asphalt pavement under constant temperature conditions.The long-term rut and fatigue expansion law does not take into account the short-term rut and fatigue expansion law under specific environmental and load conditions,especially under sustained high temperature.Based on the analysis of the actual temperature field of the asphalt pavement in different typical climatic regions of Yunnan Province,this paper studies the relationship between the rut formation and fatigue expansion law of the asphalt pavement and the temperature field.Based on the analysis of the existing asphalt pavement temperature field,according to the environmental factors of different typical climate areas in Yunnan Province,the boundary conditions of solar radiation and convective heat exchange with time change are realized by writing user subroutine.Using ABAQUS finite element software,the temperature field of asphalt pavement under the average meteorological conditions of four seasons in different typical climatic regions is simulated and analyzed.With reference to the evaluation and analysis reports of existing roads in the design of "Zhaohui" second-level highway in Yunnan Province,the daily average traffic volume in Yunnan Province is obtained,and it is converted into standard axle load according to relevant design specifications Action times and action times.Based on the selected asphalt pavement structure,a reasonable rut and fatigue damage calculation model was established.The finite element calculation model is a plane strain model,with horizontal constraints on both sides of the model and complete constraints at the bottom,and the road surface is a free surface with no constraints.Taking the calculation result of the pavement temperature field as the field variable,and defining the mechanical parameters of the model material as a function of the temperature field,a more realistic simulation analysis methodbased on road rut and fatigue damage expansion under continuous temperature changes was proposed.Taking the multi-year statistical average meteorological conditions of different typical climatic regions in Yunnan Province as environmental factors,the road rutting and fatigue expansion simulation calculation method under continuous temperature change conditions were used to analyze the rutting and fatigue of asphalt pavement under different temperature regions and different ground pressures.The relationship between the expansion and the cumulative action time,as well as the law of pavement cross-section deformation.
