| This research through the climatic characteristics of research,the Department of Gansu province region of hot summer and cold winter zone;the typical section of the vehicle axle load survey,that traffic in six axle trucks up to two times of the vehicle;analysis of the various types of vehicle axle load,vehicle weight,the single axis maximum load more than standard axle load and with the number of axes,increase,axle load increases the growth tendency;through comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that this research is a heavy traffic road.On the basis of climate research,selected sections of the track research,the effect of high temperature stability of asphalt mixture rutting on large;skeleton structure and fine aggregate mixture ratio directly affects the rutting formation more susceptible to rutting;on the road intersection and slope sections;therefore,attention should be paid to the mix feed the reasonable selection of raw materials,mix design,add a modifier,reasonable structure design,in order to improve the rutting resistance of asphalt pavement.According to the rutting survey data,carry out research on asphalt mixture laboratory experiment,obtained under the condition of 60 ℃,gradation and asphalt for asphalt mixture high temperature stability significantly affected,and additives on asphalt mixture high temperature stability is more significant,by the impact of significant size sequence is as follows: additive> gradation> asphalt..According to the test of different doses of anti rutting agent of SUP-20 asphalt mixture,determine the expressway asphalt pavement best anti rutting agent was 4 per thousand,adding anti rutting agent after dynamic stability is improved,and does not damage the low temperature performance of mixture and water damage resistance of asphalt rubber SMA-13;optimization of Bailey method based on the gradation of mixture,high temperature stability,low temperature cracking resistance of asphalt rubber and SMA-13 mixture and anti water damage ability and meet the technical standard requirements.Finally,the expressway pavement construction project,the pavement structure was optimized in surface layer mixture adding anti rutting agent,the mixture in the upper layer of modified rubber asphalt mixture SMA-13,according to the analysis of test road paving field test data and tracking test results,the structure optimization of anti rutting performance test section design the rutting of asphalt pavement is improved,the use of performance test sections of the road are maintained well;based on the analysis of the experimental road,economic and social benefits,the rutting of asphalt pavement structure improvement,will increase the cost of construction,but the asphalt pavement performance will increase,which will improve the service life,compared to the later maintenance the cost is very small,has good economic and social benefits. |
