The paper is double cavity sliding vane compressor as the research objective, based on the principle of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics calculation, combining with the characteristics of the compressor’s leak path to establish its mathematical model, and using the method of numerical analysis to explore and reveal the compressor dynamic leakage law within various motion pair with clearance in different working environment, including the parameters dynamic changes of the speed、gap value、gas pressure etc. influence on the leakage process, which to provide theoretical basis on improving the compressor’s volume efficiency and working performance. As a result of analysis, with the increase of speed, the leakage has a greater decrease; slip sheet as the reducing of the number of leakage increases; the leakage increases with the increasing cylinder line relative lift; the greater the relative sliding vane length the larger leakage.The main work of the paper is summarized as follow:(1)The working principle and characteristics of the double cavity sliding vane compressor is summarized, and on the basis of its working principle, the geometrical characteristics and leakage characteristics of the compressor’s leak path is further analyzed.(2) According to the geometrical characteristics of the compressor’s each leak path, and on the basis of the first law of thermodynamics、the law of mass conservation equation、working medium equation of state, the mathematical model of the leak path is established.(3) According to the mathematical model of the leak path, the primitives volume、primitives pressure、vane motion parameters、vane angle、vane back pressure of the model are solved respectively, finally the main structure and performance parameters of the double cavity sliding vane compressor are determined to lay the foundation for numerical analysis.(4) Using the numerical analysis software-MATLAB to calculate the mathematics model of the leak path and achieve the leakage variation curve of each leak path within compressor. Analysis the rotating speed、the cylinder line relative lift、the vane number、the relative sliding vane length and gap value under different circumstances that the variation of the leakage when the compressor in normal operation, finally discusses the key parameters based on the variation...
