The vane type rotary compressors is widely used in industrial production for its advantages of small volume, light weight, simple structure, and good performance of dynamic balance. However, many problems such as low mechanical efficiency and too many easy worn parts, have become a primary problem restricting the development of this kind of compressor. Therefore, studying and grasping the movement rule, mechanical behavior and the friction characteristics of the main components has important practical significance in improving the efficiency of the whole machine, reducing friction and wear, reducing vibration and noise, improving reliability and so on.This paper takes the sliding vane of rolling piston compressor as the research object, and gets its change rule between the gas pressure which sliding vane suffered within a work cycle, the extended length, the speed and the eccentric shaft’s rotation angle by carrying out dynamic modeling and simulation. Based on the above law, the paper modified the original LuGre friction model, established the LuGre friction model of sliding vane and sliding chute in the rolling piston compressor; designed a frictional force test system which can simulate the changes in gas force, and set up hardware platform and software platform of the test system respectively. This paper obtained the friction values at various speeds and the friction values in the pre-slip stage by testing the friction test system. According to the experimental test data. According to the experimental test data, the paper used the adaptive weight particle swarm optimization algorithm to identify the dynamic and static parametes of LuGre friction model, and obtained a LuGre friction model which can represent the characteristics of the sliding vane’s periodic friction in rolling piston compressor. This significant research work of this graduation thesis is as follows:(1) The thesis analysed several kinds of important existing dynamic and static friction model firstly. Combining with the working characteristics of the rolling piston compressor, motion characteristics and mechanical properties of the sliding vane and advantages of LuGre friction model, the paper select the LuGre friction model to describe the friction characteristics of the sliding vane and sliding chute in the rolling piston compressor.(2) The paper Made a theoretical analysis and simulation of the motion law and the mechanical properties of the sliding vane, and provide theoretical basis for the follow-up experiment. According to the motion characteristics of sliding vane at work, The paper amended the original LuGre friction model, and established a LuGre friction model which can show the periodic friction between the sliding vane and sliding chute.(3) The paper designed a frictional force test system which can simulate the changes in gas force, and described the composition of the test system and its test principle in detail. I designed, machined and set up a hardware platform of the frictional force test system. The software platform I’ve designed achieved selection and settings of various test parameters, and data collection, real-time display, filtering process, and data playback, preservation, error display, etc.(4) The paper made theoretical analysis and experimental verification to the enlivened phenomenon and problems such as poor repeatability.According to the test procedure, I tested and achieved the friction-speed curve and the friction force-displacement curve about the sliding vane in the rolling piston compressor. Using the adaptive weight particle swarm optimization algorithm, the paper identified the dynamic and static parametes of LuGre friction model,σ0=3.90625×105N/m,σ1=589.8N·N/m,σ2=0.0352N·S/mm,μc=0.15, μs=0.25, vs=2.6mm/s.(5) The paper verified the model’s accuracy by comparing the theoretical calculations with the experimental values of the LuGre friction model, and analyzed and summarized the friction characteristics of sliding vane.(6) The paper made a summary and outlook to the whole research process, and some reasonable suggestions were put forward which are beneficial to the future research.
